Run Shelly, Run.

Coming off of having the best season in the history of the Women’s 100 meters
(clocking in at under 10.7 secs 7 separate times and solidifying the top 8 times of the year)
Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce is ready to take on possibly the last great challenge
of her career - becoming the first woman to win gold 3 times in the 100 meter Olympic event.

Even with the  incredible momentum the road isn’t likely to be an easy one..
she faces challenges including a rival who’s a few years younger and competing in her same colors.

For Shelly Ann, who “runs for her mother, for Jamaica, for the village that raised her”,
if she’s going to make it through triumphant, she is going to have to tap into
the power of the past that got her here, everything she is, and has ever been.

Through a storytelling approach that blends two styles:
a super real follow documentary rooted in Shelly Ann’s  present journey,
and surreal almost magical retellings of the  past that keeps her grounded,
this documentary will be built with the understanding that the past
is a part of any future story that will ever be made of our lives.

***Film to be released in 2025. Bellow are some screenshots and exerpts from the full film.
